Graduating from UQAM (Montreal) and ECAL (Lausanne) in graphic and industrial design, Karine Corbeil and Stéphane Halmaï-Voisard embody Rita since 2004. Rita is now based in Montreal and Lausanne.

Rita tries to touch people in what they have in common through a playful functionalism. Very attached to her Quebec roots, Rita loves log cabins, plaid jackets and Sorel boots.

Her projects are published in various national and international magazines (Frame / Étapes / Experimenta) and monographs (Gestalten / Victionary / Birkhäuser) devoted exclusively to design and have been shown worldwide in major cities such as Washington, Paris, Milan and Seoul.
