Shipping policy

1.0 Order entries

Only orders paid in full shall be considered firm and conclusive.

2.0 Modification to an order

Any modification or cancellation to an order shall only be taken into consideration if it is received by Rita, in writing, within 48 hours of the time your order is received by Rita.

3.0 Deliveries

3.1 In order to keep shipping costs to a minimum, we use Canada Post for all local, national and international shipments. All shipments include insurance and a delivery confirmation number that you will be able to check on www.canadapost.ca

3.2 The delivery terms are 5 business days (local), 12 business days (USA major cities) and from 1 to 2 months (international). If you require a special delivery service, please contact us by e-mail at boutique@ritaritarita.ca. It would be our pleasure to sort out alternative arrangements.

3.3 Delivery costs may vary depend on the order size and destination.

3.4 You are responsible for your countries customs and taxes which may apply to imported items.


4.0 Damaged product

If the product you receive is damaged, please contact us by e-mail at boutique@ritaritarita.ca within 3 days of it’s delivery. The packaging must be kept ‘as is’, this is necessary for us to process the damage claim. No returns will be accepted without our prior authorization.
